Joan-Marie Stier, M.S., L.P.C.C.
Joan-Marie received her Master’s degree in Counseling Education-Community Counseling from Winona State University. She is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and a member of the American Counseling Association. Joan-Marie has worked with children and adults with developmental disabilities in residential, DT&H programs, and community corrections. Since 2003, she has worked as a therapist treating adult males with psychosexual disorders and co-occurring disorders. Joan-Marie’s training and competencies are in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy; and has experience conducting family, individual, and group therapy.
Karolee Adler, M.S., L.P.C.C.
Karolee received her Master's degree in Counselor Education-Community Counseling from Winona State University. She is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. She has nine years experience providing therapeutic services to men with psychosexual disorders in outpatient mental health settings. Karolee's training and competencies are in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy; and she has experience conducting family, individual, and group therapy. She is a member of both the International and Minnesota chapter of the Association for the Treatment of Sexual Abusers. She is also approved by the Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy to provide clinical supervision to Mental Health Practitioners working toward LPC and LPCC licensure. Karolee additionally has over twenty years experience working as a QMRP, specializing in behavioral management for individuals with neurodevelopmental and other chronic mental health disorders in a variety of program settings.
Alison O'Brien, M.S.
Alison received her Master's degree in Guidance and Counseling K-12 certification from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. She also has training in Emotional and Behavioral Disorders in the secondary level. Alison has worked with children as a secondary guidance counselor for 26 years. In 2016, started working with adult males with psychosexual disorders and co-occurring disorders. Alison has competencies and training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy; and has experience conducting individual and group therapy in an outpatient setting. Currently, she is attending Winona State University seeking her license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
Ashley Wentzel, M.A.
Michelle Wees-Martincek, M.A.
Michelle received her master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northcentral University. Michelle has worked with children with developmental disabilities and /or behavioral issues in the home and school setting. Michelle is a member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy and is a member of Collaborative Leadership Fellows. For the past 2 years, she has worked as a therapist treating individuals, children, families, and couples. Michelle has training in Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Conscious Discipline; and has experience conducting family, individual, and group therapy.
